On-site Troubleshooting
Efficient troubleshooting depends on
the troubleshooter's expertise and his or her familiarity with your IT systems. With Lanlogic, you're assigned to specific, Microsoft-Certified technicians who treat your network like it was their own. Once Lanlogic has evaluated and documented your network, documented it and implemented any recommended upgrades, our staff can quickly diagnose and resolve any issues because we're not starting from Square One each time we visit your facility. Your network is our network, and we treat it that way.
We have a suite of specialized trouble shooting tools from security scanners to packet sniffers that we use to help trouble shoot those difficult issues. In the event we run into a problem that needs outside help we have direct access to the full Microsoft support network including priority telephone support when a critical server or service is down.
Along with finding problems and
fixing them quickly, Lanlogic's technicians recommend any needed changes
to network configurations or employee operating procedures. Often, these
changes will help reduce or eliminate the possibility that a problem
will occur again in the future. Our teams support on-site IT equipment
